Affiliations

Hayden Building Maintenance has an active membership with the most prestigious professional affiliations which include the National Roofing Contractors Association, Construction Specifications Institute, North/East Roofing Contractors Association and New York State Roofing Contractors Association. Mr. Gregory P. Hayden has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Roofing Contractors Association (Orca) and is presently a current member and Former Treasurer of the Rockland Business Exchange.  Other memberships include Rockland Business Association and IFMA (International Facility Managers Association)

National Roofing Contractors Association

Established in 1886, NRCA is one of the construction industry's oldest trade associations and the voice of professional roofing contractors worldwide. It is an association of roofing, roof deck, and waterproofing contractors; industry-related associate members, including manufacturers, distributors, architects, consultants, engineers, and city, state, and government agencies; and international members. NRCA has more than 4,600 members from all 50 states and 54 countries and is affiliated with 105 local, state, regional and international roofing contractor associations.

North East Roofing Contractors Association

The North East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) is the regional roofing contractors association covering the northeast part of the country including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Delaware.  We also host one of the largest regional trade show's in the country.  Forms are available below for additional information on becoming a member!  If you need more information you can contact the association office!

Construction Specification Institute

CSI is a national association dedicated to creating standards and formats to improve construction documents and project delivery. The organization is unique in the industry in that its members are a cross section of specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors and building materials suppliers. The organization has 146 chapters and more than 15,000 members. Monthly Chapter meetings allow members the opportunity to communicate openly with their counterparts and exchange information for successful project management. CSI is renowned in the industry for its rigorous certification programs for professionals seeking to improve their knowledge of accurate and concise construction documents. CSI provides continuing education, professional conferences, and product shows.

BOMA (Builder Owners and Managers Association)  

BOMA is a dynamic international federation of 92 U.S. local associations, and 15 affiliated international associations. Together, the 106 organizations form a worldwide, professional communitydedicated to providing knowledge and solutions to commercial real estate practitioners.

Rockland Business Association

The Rockland Business Association is an advocacy organization, promoting business friendly legislation and supporting the elimination of legislation that is onerous to the business community. We are proud to say that we have been most effective in preventing the adoption of a number of regulations which may have resulted in a huge cost to some of our member firms.

IFMA Hudson Valley (International Facility Managers Association)

Formed in 1980, IFMA is the world's largest and most widely recognized international association for professional facility managers, supporting more than 19,500 members in 60 countries.  The association's members, represented 125 chapters and 15 councils worldwide, manage more than 37 billion square feet of property and annually purchase more than $100 billion in products and services.

Business Council of Westchester

The Business Council of Westchester is the county's largest business organization, with 1,400 major corporate, mid-size and small business and professional members firms and individuals. The Business Council is a private, not-for-profit corporation funded by annual investments made by its members, and has been serving business interests in the county since its founding as the White Plains Board of Trade in 1904. The Business Council advocates for Westchester's business community at the local, state and federal levels and works to enhance economic opportunity in Westchester by addressing a broad range of public affairs and area development, economic and business development issues that effect the growth of business in the county. The Business Council of Westchester also provides a broad range of educational/training programs, information, and services to its members.
