President

Gregory P. Hayden is the founder and president of Hayden Building Maintenance Corp., which was established in 1973. Hayden Building Maintenance Corp. has been built through an investment of both equipment and people into a multi million-dollar enterprise. He attended the Don Bosco Preparatory School in Ramsey, New Jersey and the University of Maryland, where he majored in business administration. His professional affiliations include the National Roofing Contractor's Association, Construction Specifications Institute, North/East Roofing Contractors Association and New York State Roofing Contractors Association. Greg has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and is presently a current member and Former Treasurer of the Rockland Business Exchange.

Vice President / Senior Estimator

Robert Hayden has been employed in the roofing industry for Hayden Building Maintenance for over 16 years as an estimator, project manager and in administration and finance as Director of Administration and Finance. His educational background includes the Rockland County Community College and the University of Arizona. Rob spent 15 years in the position of Credit Manager for Orange & Rockland Utilities, Rockland County, New York.

Vice President of Sales

Bruce J. Terwilliger has worked in the roofing industry for 21 years – the last 15 of which have been with Hayden Building Maintenance Corp. as an estimator, project manager and currently Vice President of Sales. Bruce has a Bachelors Degree in Communications from William Patterson University . He has accumulated numerous credits from the National Roofing Contractors Association and Construction Specifications Institute.

Vice President of Business Development

Anthony Squilla has worked in construction marketing and sales for over 27 years, and has spearheaded the company's marketing efforts since 1992. His work history also includes supervision of residential construction projects and commercial real estate and property management. Anthony has a B.A. in Business Administration from Farleigh Dickinson University, and has attended numerous courses and seminars sponsored by the NRCA. He is active in the Rockland Business Association
