Local Law 11
Local Law 11 requires the periodic inspection of the exterior facades of all buildings in New York City which are greater than six stories in height. These inspections must be performed once every five years by a Licensed Civil Engineer or a Registered Architect. Upon completion of the inspection, a written report must be prepared and filed with the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB).

HAYDEN wins Contractor-Project of the Year Award

Hayden wins the Sika Sarnafil Low Slope Contractor Project of the Year Award. The project was a 163,000 square foot removal of an existing roof and the installation of a new Sarnafil EnergySmart PVC roof. The project schedule allowed only 2 months to complete the work and also had strict requirements including not interrupting any of the daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
