The Dixon Mills Factory is located in the historic district of Jersey City, NJ. The masonry structures were built in the early 20th century. In cooperation with the historic preservation society, the buildings were restored and converted to apartments/ condominiums. The former powerhouse now houses a health club.

HAYDEN wins Contractor-Project of the Year Award

Hayden wins the Sika Sarnafil Low Slope Contractor Project of the Year Award. The project was a 163,000 square foot removal of an existing roof and the installation of a new Sarnafil EnergySmart PVC roof. The project schedule allowed only 2 months to complete the work and also had strict requirements including not interrupting any of the daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
