Safety » Worksite Safety
We believe that people are our most important asset and that their safety at the worksite is our greatest responsibility.
It is our policy that every employee is entitled to a safe and healthful place to work.
When a new employee begins to work for us, that person has a right to expect us to provide a proper place in which to work, safe machines and tools with which to do the job and an environment where full energy can be devoted to work without undue danger.
We think that by living up to this responsibility we can encourage a mutually profitable and harmonious relationship between ourselves and our employees. We desire and intend to provide a safe workplace, safe equipment, proper materials, and to establish and insist upon safe methods and practices at all times.
Our concern for the safety and health of all human beings is daily, even hourly. We expect every person who conducts the affairs of our company, no matter in what capacity they function, to accept this concern and its responsibility. Employees are expected to use the safety equipment provided. Rules of conduct and rules of safety and health must be observed. Safety equipment cannot be abused or destroyed.
Cooperation between our employees and management in the observance of this policy will ensure safe-working conditions, will help result in accident-free performance and will work to our mutual advantage.
This policy is of prime importance to us, and we ask your full cooperation in making it effective.
