On April 17th Mike Schultz hosted a Lunch and Learn for the architects and project managers at the offices of HRI Properties in New Orleans. Jim Hines and John D’Annunzio of ERC Components presented two products, the IWS Fluid Applied Membrane and the ERC Wind Vented Roof System. The attendees were very impressed with the liquid roofing product as John had videos in his power point presentation that showed the ease of installation and quick cure time. The wind vented system had great interest as the New Orleans area will be looking to replace Katrina roofs in the next five years and this system provides another great option for an area concerned with hurricane force wind events.
