Gregory P. Hayden – President
Gregory P. Hayden is the founder and president of Hayden Building Maintenance Corp., which was established in 1973. Hayden Building Maintenance Corp. has been built through an investment of both equipment and people into a multi million-dollar enterprise. He attended the Don Bosco Preparatory School in Ramsey, New Jersey and the University of Maryland, where he majored in business administration. His professional affiliations include the National Roofing Contractor’s Association, Construction Specifications Institute, North/East Roofing Contractors Association and New York State Roofing Contractors Association. Greg has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and is presently a current member and Former Treasurer of the Rockland Business Exchange.
Robert J. Hayden – Vice President / Senior Estimator
Robert Hayden has been employed in the roofing industry for Hayden Building Maintenance for over 32 years as an estimator, project manager and as Director of Administration and Finance. His educational background includes the Rockland County Community College and the University of Arizona. Rob spent 15 years in the position of Credit Manager for Orange & Rockland Utilities, Rockland County, New York.
Melissa Hayden – Vice President Human Resources/Administration
Melissa has worked with Hayden Building Maintenance Corp. for 13 years and progressed into her current role in 2008. As the Director of Human Resources and administration for Hayden, Melissa is a key member of the executive committee, responsible for driving and aligning the management team, leadership development, employee relations and recruiting efforts to achieve the company’s objectives. Melissa received her degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and continues her education attending numerous leadership and management seminars keeping her well-informed of the latest developments in human resource management. Melissa is a member of National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA).
Patrice Zingaro – Controller
Patrice Zingaro has worked with Hayden since 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Prior to her employment at Hayden, Patrice worked in public abilify online accounting as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand as well as in the private sector as a Senior Accountant. She graduated first in her class from Fordham University with a BS in Accounting.
Bruce J. Terwilliger – Executive Vice President of Sales
Bruce J. Terwilliger has worked in the roofing industry for 31 years – 22 of which have been with Hayden Building Maintenance Corp. Bruce has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from William Patterson University. He has accumulated numerous credits from the National Roofing Contractors Association and Construction Specifications Institute. He has also received Certification of Achievement for technical training from GAF.
Gary Beninati – Director of Operations/Safety and OSHA Compliance
Gary Beninati is a third-generation roofer with over 20 years experience in commercial and residential roofing. Gary has worked extensively with all major varieties of roofing systems including; built-up, EPDM, PVC, torch-down, shingles, slate and copper. He has earned manufacturer’s certifications with Johns Manville, Carlisle, Firestone, Polyglass, Certainteed, Ataz Metal, and GAF. Gary has completed and received his OSHA 30 hour, Scaffold Safety, First Aid CPR and Lead Based Paint Awareness Certification. As Director of Operations, Gary is responsible for jobsite safety and profitability of all projects in the Roofing and Service Departments. Gary ensures a seamless turnover from Sales to Operations, effective planning and management of labor, materials and orderly job startup, safe working practices and smooth progression of work during the course of a roofing project.
